Conditional Field Display
Note: this feature is available exclusively in the PRO business version and can only be used in Conditional process control.
Not all form fields need to be visible from the start. In some cases, it makes sense to show additional fields only after a user selects a specific option or enters a particular value in another field.
Let’s look at an example:
Assume that in the Orders process, on the Approval activity, the user can decide whether to accept or reject an order. If they choose the Reject option, we want to display an additional required field: Rejection reason.
The Conditional Field Display feature is designed for these scenarios. It helps keep forms simple and easy to navigate by showing users only the fields that are relevant to them.
You’ll find out how to do this in the detailed instructions.
