New system roles

The first version of the Dew-X system had only two roles: Owner and Admin. Naturally, there were also regular members of the Organization.

A need soon arose to add a new role – Search which allowed for searching but without any other administrative privileges. Subsequent new features necessitated the addition of several more roles. For a long time, six roles sufficed, alongside the ability to grant permissions within individual modules—for example, for a specific Kanban board or a KSeF (National e-Invoice System) mailbox.

In 2026, we decided to thoroughly reconstruct this area. The number of roles was expanded to twenty-four.

These are:

7. Data Sheet Editor
8. Namespace Manager
9. Namespace Viewer
10. Kanban Manager
11. Kanban Viewer
12. CRM Sales Manager

leaving the possibility of granting users broader permissions within some modules.

The Search role has disappeared from the list and has been replaced by:

• Process viewer
• Namespace viewer
• Kanban viewer
• Calendar viewers
• Time tracker viewers

It is also worth noting that the role names have been adapted to the respective language versions (previously, we used only a universal English version).
