Peeping isn’t a bad thing :)
The possibility to preview documents added to the process on a step-by-step basis was one of the most awaited features by users.
Until now, only the main document, such as an invoice or a letter in the mailroom process, was visible in the interface, while the others could be viewed only after they were downloaded to a computer disk or phone.
We decided to change this and from now on in all versions of the system this new convenient functionality is now available.
How to use it?
In the attachment field (on a form or data set), click on the eye icon – the document image will be displayed in an additional window that can be moved around the screen. You will be able to zoom in and out of the document for easier reading.
In what processes can a preview of attached documents be useful?
Practically in any. Receipts, replies to correspondence, resumes, contracts, settlements, confirmations, statements, etc. etc.
