Some companies using Dew-X use only one “organization”.
Others create many of them by treating them as departments or business areas (finance, HR, logistics, sales, etc.) – more about it
Both solutions have advantages and disadvantages. The huge advantage of the second method is the ability to invite a different set of people and assign permissions separately.
The disadvantage, on the other hand, is the need to switch between these organizations, e.g. you want to submit a vacation request – you switch to HR, you need a new computer – you submit a request to Administration.
The larger the scale of topics you embrace in Dew-X, the more difficult it is to switch between the most common tasks.
Even if your main company has only one organization, after all, you can have your own private one or work, for example, as a freelancer in many others.
Bookmarks shorten this path.
With one click you will go to a specific Kanban board, process, or file directory. You will then be automatically switched to the appropriate organization, and moved to a specific location.
