PRO business (On premises)

Dew-X is available in several versions – comparison of Dew-X versions

One of them is PRO business (On-premises).

This license allows you to install Dew-X on your server!

Three types of licenses with different billing models:

1. Subscription model
   Monthly billing based on the number of users.
   Fee includes support and maintenance services.
   
   
2. Unlimited License
   “Lifetime” license for selected user package.
   One-time payment.
   Maintenance paid. Mandatory in the first year, optional thereafter.
   
   
3. Enterprise license
   “Lifetime” license for unlimited number of users.
   One-time payment.
   Maintenance paid. Mandatory in the first year, optional thereafter.

Minimum hardware requirements:

• 2 cores
• 4 GB RAM
• 50 GB of disk space (disk size depending on the needs of the RECIPIENT, i.e. on the expected number and size of files and backup space).

Responsibilities on the part of the RECIPIENT:

1. Installation the Linux operating system Debian (possibly Ubuntu). The SUPPLIER must obtain a user with Root privileges (for the duration of the Agreement). Other required software will be installed by the SUPPLIER.
2. Preparation of domain or subdomain under which the application will be available and redirecting it to the IP address indicated by the SUPPLIER.
3. Provision of an SSL certificate in the form of a public and private key for the domain (Wildcard) or for the subdomain. Otherwise, the SUPPLIER will install a free SSL certificate (applies only to domains available to the public and provided that free certificates such as Let’s Encrypt are still available at the moment).
4. Provide access data to an e-mail account in the RECIPIENT’s domain for sending notifications from the system. Otherwise, notifications will be sent from an account in the SUPPLIER’s domain.
5. Provision the SUPPLIER with access to the Hardware and System Platform throughout the term of the Agreement.
