It also makes it easier for potential contractors with whom you will want to use Dew-X together. An interesting solution is the possibility to join different organizations with one private account. The developers are committed to working with the client. They comprehensively explain the functionality of the software and provide assistance. They are open to changes and implementation of new functionalities. I think the software lacks minor additions, allowing more freedom to create fields in process forms. I think they will be implemented in the basic version over time, or we will have Dew-X developers implement them. Functions that automate data export, for example, would also be useful. I believe the API will enable us to implement them.

We were looking for a simple workflow system that we could configure ourselves. Dew-X works great for us. At the beginning, we used ready-made process templates. Templates can be easily modified and extended according to your needs. Building the process takes as much time as your morning coffee 🙂

We started with the customer service process. Thanks to Dew-X, we can carry out support requests and new orders from existing customers. We plan to implement other internal processes eventually. Pros:
