The PRO Business (SaaS) [Software as a Service] service is provided as an extension of the service offered at https://workflow.dew-x.com under the Terms of Service and consists of providing additional functionality and services to the free Pro Bono version.

Additional work
Additional work (changes, integrations, additional functionalities, consultations, training, configurations, etc.): settled at a man-hourly rate of PLN 250.

Packages can be used for handling requests, analyses, consultations, training, configuration, changes, or other additional work.
The package cannot be used to pay for a service that was priced before its purchase.
A purchased package that is not used within 90 days expires.
Other arrangements
- The settlement period is one month, quarter or year. If the contract end date falls before the end of the given settlement period, the remuneration for that period is not subject to proportional reduction.
- Invoices will be issued in advance for a given Billing Period.
- All amounts are net prices.
How to use PRO business (SaaS)?
In order to enable the PRO business (SaaS) service [hereinafter: PRO BS], it will be necessary to contact us.
PRO BS service scope
The User designates one or more of his/her Organizations to be covered by the PRO BS service.
In PRO Organizations:
- The Conditional Process Control functionality described here is enabled
- Other functionalities may be offered beyond the scope of the free service
- The Service may be extended by the provision of additional services by the Operator, including SLA
A user with PRO Organizations can add an unlimited number of users to them. The number of users does not affect the cost of using the PRO BS version, with the caveat that a larger number of users may generate more cases and documents, and thus increase the use of paid disk space.
Financial settlements
- The PRO BS service is paid on a subscription basis.
- The billing period is agreed between the parties and ranges from 1 to 12 months.
- If the User resigns from using the PRO BS service, it will be deactivated at the end of the paid billing period.
Who is the PRO BS service for?
For companies and organizations that do not have to or need to have a separate system installation on their own server, but want to use conditional control in their processes and/or require better formal security such as a contract, SLA, support.
There are many reasons to choose PRO BS, but three are particularly important:
- You can have different types of Organizations at the same time (PRO and free).
- You can add users who use the free version of Dew-X to your PRO Organizations.
- PRO business (SaaS) is significantly cheaper than PRO business (On premises).
