PRO business (SaaS)
PRO business (On premises), i.e. Dew-X installed in customers’ infrastructure, has been a service available for a long time. In specific cases, this separate “client” server was leased by us from a third-party provider, and then, together with Dew-X made available to the client – in this sense it was Software as a Service.
This time, however, we intend to offer the PRO business service on the main installation as well, the same one used for the free Pro bono version.
How to use it?
In order to enable the PRO business (SaaS) service [hereinafter: PRO BS], you will need to contact us. In order for the service to be provided, it will be necessary to conclude an agreement between the Operator and the User of the system or the entity he represents.
The PRO BS service will be provided in the form of a subscription under the terms of the concluded Agreement.
All other services that are not included in the Agreement or other agreements between the Operator and the User, both free and paid, will be provided on the basis of the Regulations for the provision of services.
Scope of PRO BS service
User indicates one or more of his/her Organizations to be covered by the PRO BS service
In PRO Organizations:
- The Conditional Process Control functionality described here is enabled
- Other functionalities beyond the scope of the free service may be offered
- The service may be extended to provide additional services by the Operator, including SLA.
A user with PRO Organizations can add an unlimited number of users. The number of users does not affect the cost of using the PRO BS version, however, a larger number of users may generate more cases and documents and thus increase the use of paid disk space.
Billing
- The PRO BS service is paid for in the form of a subscription.
- The billing period is agreed between the parties and ranges from 1 to 12 months.
- If the User cancels the PRO BS service, it will be deactivated at the end of the paid billing period.
For whom is the PRO BS service?
For companies and organizations that don’t need or want to have a separate system installation on their own server, but want to use conditional control in their processes and/or require better formal security such as contract, SLA, support.
There are many reasons to opt for PRO BS, but three are particularly important:
- You can have different types of Organizations (PRO and regular) at the same time
- You can add users to your PRO Organization who are using the free version of Dew-X
- PRO business (SaaS) is significantly cheaper than PRO business (On premises)
