The view of the system’s main dashboard, called My Dashboard, has changed. The appearance and content of the dashboard will largely be determined by administrators, who will be able to customize it to meet the organization’s needs. In addition, each user will be able to create their own section of shortcuts to facilitate daily work and provide quick access to the most frequently used areas. If no shortcuts are configured, the initial view of My Dashboard looks like this: The Modules section contains links to all system modules. When the user clicks on a selected module, they are taken to a new view displaying, as appropriate: all processes, Kanban boards, file archives, or other elements of the selected module to which they have access. The processes view displays tiles showing all processes available to the user within a given organization. Each tile shows the number of tasks to be completed and the number of tasks currently in progress within that process. The user can navigate directly to the relevant tabs within the selected process. In the Modules section, in addition to direct links to individual modules, you’ll find the “Add a link for yourself” button, and if you’re an administrator (Admin) or owner (Owner), the “Add a link for the organization” button will also be available. To add a new link for the entire organization, click the “Add a link for the organization” tile. The link addition window will appear. When creating a link, you must specify or select:
Link name
Description – enter a brief description that will be displayed on the tile to help the user understand where they will be redirected
Icon color
Icon for link
Module – specify a specific location within the module that will be accessible when the link is clicked
This will create a new section on the Dashboard: Organization Links: Note: This section is created by Admins and the Owner, but is visible to all users in the organization. Similarly, each user can add their own links section, which will be visible only to them. Once you create the Organization Links or Own Links sections, buttons for adding new links will be available in the appropriate sections. In addition, administrators and Owners will be able to set the display order of tabs in the Modules and Organization Links sections by clicking the pencil icon. In the Organization Links section, Admins and Owners will also be able to edit or delete a specific link. Any user can perform these same actions in the Own links section. Note: In addition to the links on the Dashboard, users can still use the bookmarks panel. Unlike Links, bookmarks work “cross-organizationally,” meaning they can also take users between organizations. You can read more about bookmarks here.On the left side you can see a collapsed menu panel. Its items are discussed with specific functionalities. The second menu can be found on the right side of the screen (desktop)Not all of its positions are always visible. For example, the view can be like this:
