The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module is used to manage customer relationships – it facilitates communication, supports sales, and makes service simpler and faster. To launch it, go to the main menu, select Modules, and then CRM. CRM is available as an additional paid service. You can explore the module’s capabilities by launching a free 14-day trial or contacting us for a quote. After launching the trial version or gaining access, you can start using the module right away. It includes ready-made sections such as: Summary, Last activities, Contacts, Sales opportunities, Tasks, and Tags. Users who are to work with CRM should be granted appropriate permissions. You can assign them in the administration panel under Users. Simply edit the profile and assign the appropriate roles. There are two roles in CRM: Sales Manager and Sales.
The Sales Manager has full access—they manage all events and can see all sales reps’ entries.
Sales representatives can only see their own contacts and entries.
* Owners and Admins have access to all events in the module and the same permissions as Sales Managers. More about Users and Roles in Dew-X The best way to start working with CRM is to add your contacts. When adding an item, you specify whether the contact you are adding is a Person or a Company. In the contact addition form, you can indicate related persons or companies by linking them together, e.g. by assigning a person to a specific company. You can create sales opportunities for the contacts you have created: Each new sales opportunity requires the following information:
Name
Status
Likelihood of closure
Source
Contact
The following fields are optional:
Description
Transaction value
Estimated completion date
Files
Tags
Sales opportunities are also presented in the form of a Kanban board. Sales opportunities are linked to Tasks, in which we additionally specify the start and end of the task. Each Task can be deleted, edited, marked as completed, have a note added to it, and if you are a Sales Manager or administrator, you can also change its owner. Additionally, you can define Tags that can be assigned to sales opportunities and tasks. They make it easy to search for and group selected items. You can find the most important information about what is happening in CRM in the Summary section. This is where key data is collected.
There are two views available: one for the Sales Manager and one for the Sales Representative.
The Sales Manager can switch between viewing all events in the module and viewing their own activities. The Sales representative, on the other hand, only sees a summary of their own data. This CRM has everything you need to effectively manage customer relationships and sales. However, if for some reason you need a more complex system, please contact us. We will see what we can do for you 🙂
